Product Description

The Cyclone Jet Mill & Classifier is a specialized crushing and grading system that combines original cyclone airflow crushing technology with self-split airflow classification technology. This system provides the optimal solution for producing powder materials with narrow particle size distribution.

Working Principle

Compressed air is cooled, filtered, and dried before forming a supersonic airflow through the nozzle, which is injected into the rotary crushing chamber to fluidize the material. In this chamber, accelerated materials collide violently at the intersection of multiple nozzles, creating friction and shearing forces that produce ultrafine particles.

The crushed materials are transported to the impeller classification area by rising airflow. Centrifugal force from the classification wheel and fan pumping force separate coarse and fine powders. Finished products are collected at the classifier discharge opening, while finer particles enter the cyclone collector and bag dust collector before purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
