The core equipment of a small-scale beneficiation complete leaching gold processing plant includes crushers, grinding machines, flotation machines, and gravity separation equipment. These devices are mainly used for processing raw materials, extracting gold, and separating gold.Specifically, the crusher is used to crush the raw ore into appropriate sizes, while the grinder further grinds the ore for better extraction of gold. The flotation machine separates gold by attaching gold particles to bubbles through the action of reagents. The reselection device utilizes the difference in the specific gravity of gold for separation. In terms of process flow, the raw materials are first crushed and ground, then flotation is carried out, and finally gold is further extracted through gravity separation equipment. The entire process requires strict control over the amount and duration of medication used to ensure the most efficient extraction of gold. We supplied full set plant: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, belt conveyor, cone crusher, double roll crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, vibrating screen, magnetic separators.
Rock gold (hard rock gold) processing is a systematic beneficiation process designed to extract gold from gold-bearing vein ores. The complete production flow generally includes crushing, grinding, gravity separation, flotation, leaching (CIL/CIP), and smelting, to achieve efficient gold recovery.
1. Crushing & Screening Stage Raw rock gold ore is first fed into a jaw crusher for primary crushing, then sent to a cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary and fine crushing. After crushing, the ore is screened by a vibrating screen. Qualified fine ore enters the next stage, while oversized particles are returned for re-crushing to form a closed-circuit crushing system.
2. Grinding & Classification Stage Crushed ore is sent to a ball mill for wet grinding with water. A spiral classifier or hydrocyclone is used to control particle size. Qualified ore pulp enters the separation process; unqualified coarse particles return to the ball mill for re-grinding.
3. Gravity Separation Stage Gravity separation is the most economical and widely used method for rock gold. Ore pulp passes through shaking tables, spiral chutes, centrifugal concentrators, or gold centrifuges to separate heavy gold concentrate from gangue based on density difference. This step quickly recovers coarse gold and reduces the load of subsequent processes.
4. Flotation Stage For finely disseminated and sulfide-associated gold ore, flotation is applied. Reagents (collectors, frothers, modifiers) are added to the pulp to make gold particles attach to air bubbles. The froth containing gold is scraped out to obtain gold concentrate, achieving high-selectivity separation.
